new phone, wrong ID

I just went to set up my new iPhone 13 pro and accidentally used my husbands Apple ID instead of mine. I got to the screen where it asks which iCloud backup I’d like to use and stopped when I realized it was his phone backup, not mine. I tried doing a hard reset but it’s still bringing his info. Please help!!! I notice my old phone (Jodi’s iPhone XS) doesn’t even show up down below now either.

The "Remove your personal information from your old device" steps in following procedure will completely clear the phone: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Skip the "Backup your device" in step 2 of that procedure.
