Face ID not working

Troubleshooting Face ID:

Start here: If an Alert Says Face ID has been Disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

No Success?

Refer to the tips mentioned on these links:

• If you can’t Turn on or Sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

• If you can't Make a FaceTime Call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

• If you Experience an Error when Trying to Activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

Try the helpful link that The Littles provided start with "If an Alert Says Face ID...." and if nothing you try works skip the part where it says Apple Support Communities and go to the last step and contact Apple Support.

You can skip the No Success section, you have already been to the first link and the next three are incorrect for your situation, will not help you at all but will waste your time and could cause you more issues.
