Notification on apple watch

Hello! I see the red point on my apple watch screen but if I touch it, it doesn't open the notification's section. What can i do to solve this problem? If i restart the watch, the problem disappear for some hours and the return.

Where you see the red dot swipe down on the screen to read the notification.
