I bought a watch for a child, but he changed the ID on the phone and now he can’t use the watch (he doesn’t remember the password and ID. Our Ukrainian support couldn’t solve the problem. Although I sent all the documents confirming that it was I who bought this watch. Help, please. Glory to Ukraine!!!

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
