I have an Apple One Family subscription and cannot activate Apple News+ without applying for a separate monthly subscription. I thought Apple News+ was included in Apple One?

Apple support verified you need a premier subscription. This explains the issue. However, the advertising is quite misleading since it implies you received news with any version of Apple One.

My subscription does not behave per the advertising documentation. I am subscribed to Apple One family, but cannot receive Apple News+ without applying for a separate subscription at $9.95 per month. Can anyone explain why? Is this a glitch, or simply fault advertising?
