Can I still see someone’s focus status in iMessages if I am blocked? Because iMessage does not say delivered.

Sharing a Focus status is something the person with the enabled Focus chooses to do. Sharing the status can be disabled, regardless of whether a contact is blocked. 

When you block a contact though, messages sent and received from the blocked contact aren’t delivered. So if the Focus status sharing is enabled, a blocked contact may not be alerted to it. Additionally, when blocking a contact, no notification is sent to the contact when a call or message was blocked.
