Why is apple refusing to refund me for what to call of duty mobile. The purchase was made by a brother on my card.

Requesting a refund for in game purchase Hello everyone, I hope you all doing well. My problem is that my little brother for month and a half used to buy in game packs for MU ORIGIN 3 that costs around 400$. We are living with our grandparents and our parents send us money every month through bank card for rent, bills and etc. He is fourteen years old and spend soo much money for a game. I am looking how to get full refund. Already did request refund from report a problem. But the weird thing is that I requested 25 refunds. After explaining the situation to Apple they refund me only one purchase. I just don’t see whats the difference between them and why they approve only one. I don’t know how to contact with them. Unknown. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Apple, and we cannot speculate here about their decisions.

If you have not made multiple refunds, you should contact them again. My friend once used my phone to purchase an app that didn't do anything and they quickly gave me a refund.Refunds are at the discretion of Apple and we cannot speculate on their decision here. And if he refunds you, you should be thanked, and it's reasonable not to.
