Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I’ve just been infected with 'Windows Defender Security Center' on Safari. I’m running an iMac Desktop 2019 with Monterey 12.3.1. I’m not finding anything in the Applications or Utilities folders and I have no extensions running on Safari. Can anyone suggest how to be rid of it.

Just ignore it, close the website or tab its in. It's a scare tactic or phishing scam "ad" on a website you are visiting trying to trick you. There's nothing actually installed on your Mac.
