My Apple ID is disabled for security reasons
My daughter forgot her iCloud password, and is receiving the following error message:
“you can’t sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons.
to enable your account, reset your password at https://iforgot.Apple..com”
we do this as stated, it asks for the Apple ID, we enter it and press continue, and get the following error:
”This Apple ID is not active”
how do I reset the password if the password reset site is not accepting the email address?
