iPhone 7 turning on/off continuously

The phone keeps turning on to black screen with the Apple then turns off and starts over.

once in a while the password screen will pop on long enough to punch in numbers, then it shuts off.

we brought it to MacEdge store and they couldn’t figure it out.

any suggestions?
