iPhone 7 turning on/off continuously

The phone keeps turning on to black screen with the Apple then turns off and starts over.

once in a while the password screen will pop on long enough to punch in numbers, then it shuts off.

we brought it to MacEdge store and they couldn’t figure it out.

any suggestions?

Have you followed all steps at If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support including the computer steps?
