Iphone shutting off and on constantly My iphone will "power down" and get stuck on the spinning wheel, then turn on but won't let me unlock it. If I try to unlock it the cycle repeats. HELP

It may be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.
