My Apple Watch 7 series paired with IPhone 6S doesn’t send text messages or even view WhatsApp app messages. However, nil issues with using FB messenger. Is it normal or is it because I use an old 6S iPhone??

Since your Apple Watch works a bit differently, you won't see it listed in Settings the same way you do your MacBook. Hi went through the test, ‘send’setting in IPhone and it is only showing Mac book as a device to send or share messages. My IPhone 6S is updated with iOs 15.5 and Watch OS 8.6. Ensured not on airplane mode and restarted but nil help.
Both devices are logged in with same Apple ID too.
