Paint chipping around cameras

It’s 1 month old phone and paint started chipping off near cameras. It’s chipping off randomly and I understand from Apple care that cosmetic issues are not covered. This is crazy. This is not a wear and tear issue but a poor quality paint. Any one else facing similar issue?
