Xcode: iPhone is busy: Preparing the watch for development via iPhone
Often when I try to use Xcode to build and run an app on my iPhone I have to wait a long time because a message is displayed.

Looks like a known misbehavior for some folks using Xcode, with shutting off Bluetooth on Watch as a potential workaround.

Log some feedback with Apple, too. Either via Apple Feedback, or via Bug Reporter if you have access to that.
And if you haven’t updated to the just-released Xcode 13.4, try that.
This is a very frustrating behaviour. We got newest Apple hardware and software, yet as developers we regulalry have to wait half an hour looking at this message or we have to disconnect our Apple Watches when developing. Apple please fix this. Apple Watch preparation should be done faster, only once and definitely only as an option instead of forcing it on the developers who are disturbed in their work flow.

It's been an issue for over a year now. They're never gonna fix it. :/
