Gap between crown and Watch face (Apple Watch 7,45mm Midnight Aluminium Case)

I bought an iPhone 13 and an Apple Watch Series 7 45mm on Sunday (08/05/2022), and on Tuesday (10/05/2022) I noticed a gap in the

digital crown.


So I visited the showroom where I bought the watch, and then they also noticed that there was a gap in it, and they got my watch sent to

apple for screening and they confirmed it then after few days they informed that my watch has been replaced. On (17/05/2022), they asked me to collect the watch.


Even on that one, I notice there is a gap ( it is a minor gap when comparing with the older one,), and I asked them to compare with the demo piece, and there is no gap on the demo watch.

and also I referred to the internet and YouTube videos where there is no gap. I need a proper explanation, and I don't want to waste my time by think that it is a faulty one or not, and also I want to know if this gap causes any issue for my watch.

It looks like you have concerns over a recently serviced Apple Watch, which is still exhibiting the same issue as prior to service, though not quite as much.


If you have concerns regarding the Apple Watch you've received, we would suggest taking it back into the Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to look into the physical issue further. Alternatively, you can take it into a different location if you'd like a second opinion.
