Apple Watch's Digital Crown fell off

Hello! After 6 months of using it, my Apple Watch's Digital Crown fell off. No idea when and where as I used it for running that day. And the answer from iSpot is they can sell me a new watch at about 10% lower price! I cannot believe it! Such a company and so outrageous way of treating customers. What can I do? Who can I contact to get it repaired? I request a repair under warranty - it's just 6 month old! Unbelievably sad....

Hello,

I got back to Polish authorized dealer (iSPOT) through my lawyer and finally sent it to Apple NL (where I bought the watch), and they DID repair it free of charge. I think it is worth complaining officially.

I have just been told Apple won’t repair the crown that fell off my Apple Watch SE. It’s only 8.5 months old. It’s just the casing that fell off (the ribbed cap) so the dial still functions, but is difficult to turn. The best I was told they could do was file a formal complaint & if enough people have the problem they’ll begin to include it in the manufacturer’s warranty. Without enough complaints, they’ll do nothing :(
