It's pretty easy to migrate data from one phone to a new phone. Did you follow the video and actually try to do what it shows?

My wife and I are in our 80s and each have a MacBook Air...we are having problems with our computers signing off when we are on the internet and need to talk to a "genius" who can help us know what to do.

We don't do well on the phone....

I just spent an hour after buying a new SE gen 3 to try to set up an appointment with a genius. I got directed to the Support page, and after answering several questions, I got on to chat with an Advisor; after I told him/her what I needed (se a genius to help me transfer data from old phone to new), he/she sent me a video showing how to do it! Anything BUT an appointment with a genius. Very frustrating.
