when I ask Siri a question I get 'heres what I found on the web' and it is always blank

Siri doesn't answer simple questions about the computer system. I ask, where are my screenshots stored on my apple computer, or how do I take a screenshot on my apple computer or anything and it is always 'heres what I found on the web' and it I always blank.
