The profile photo doesn't change

After I changed my profile photo, my previously photo sends to my contacts, 
I have restarted my device, reset all settings, nothing seems to help.
Seems to be hard for Apple Senior to help with this too. 
Someone who knows some trixs?

Yes it is correct on the apple.com site, and on my card in my contacts. But people STILL get the picture I initially uploaded when I was in 8th grade. Ideas??

Can't change the apple id photo Wherever I set it, it just disappears. I've tried setting it from messages, from contacts, and icloud.com, but in any case it disappears after several seconds. Any ideas? Thank you!

Account pfp So how come when I change my pfp in settings it changes my boyfriends contact photo to the same picture? And when I change his contact photo it changes my pfp? Help.
