Can't change the apple id photo

Wherever I set it, it just disappears. I've tried setting it from messages, from contacts, and icloud.com, but in any case it disappears after several seconds. Any ideas? Thank you!

Apple ID Photo Issues Hello! I am having some issues with my apple ID photo. I changed my photo and it shows up everywhere, including my iPhone, EXCEPT my lock screen when I have to log onto my Mac. Am I missing something obvious? If I change my photo shouldn't that one also change? It does save properly as if I change it on my phone it shows up in the setting of my mac and vice-versa. Anyone know know how to get the lock screen ID photo to change? Thanks!

apple id profile picture is different between devices I have an iPhone, iPad, and Mac all under the same email. When changing my Apple ID picture on my iPhone, the ID pictures on my iPad and Mac do not change. Also, if I change the ID picture on either my iPad then my Mac ID picture changes, and vice versa. On a side note, I tried changing my picture on icloud.com, but the changes still only applied to my iPad and Mac. Is this a normal issue or is there an underlying problem?
