It can help to see if the display appears blurred in all apps, to rule out it being specific to one particular app.
Restarting the iPhone can also help to give it a quick refresh, and see if that helps: Restart your iPhone – Apple Support
If you're using a case, try temporarily removing it, to rule out that as being a cause.
