macbook pro trade in
My boss purchased a new macbook pro and I need to bring his old one in for a trade in. I can't find where to schedule an appointment at apple to do this.

No appointment necessary for a trade in. You can just walk in to an Apple store. Also note, that the trade in would need to have been made at the moment of purchase of the new MacBook Pro if you wanted to deduct the value of the old MacBook Pro from the price of the new one.
Doing it after the purchase, will just get you a gift card you can use for a future purchase.
