I have an old iPad mini and can't access it using my passcode, and it is about to wipe the data. Is there a way to back it up from my iCloud account? It may have had automatic backup but no back up shows in the iCloud account.
Unless you are able to access your iPad with its passcode, you’ll not be able to access any stored data - or create a backup.
