AirPod pro left ear problem

Hi my left airpod just stopped working. It is fully charged. When I open case it shows up as 100% without the lightning bolt then the 100% disappears and it does not work. I have tried all sorts of work snouts I have seen on YouTube all to no avail. So hoping someone out there knows how to solve this. Cheers
