How to pay icloud+ Using itunes?
I have been trying to pay my icloud+ subscription using itunes but in vain. Could u please help me?

If you want to upgrade your storage space from your PC, then you need to download iCloud for Windows.
It's not possible to upgrade to iCloud+ in iTunes. If you are using an older version of MacOS with iTunes, you will can upgrade here: Settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> Manage -> Add Storage
