How can I Google search with the language I want?

How can I have a google search with my own language NOT the language where I am located currently. This has been very frustrating. How can the Google search engine stop changing the language I was using to search for something? Thank you.

Why does the safari web browser have no translation application? Why does the safari web browser have no translation application? I would like to go to resources in various languages on topics we research around the world. I have to use Google Chrome for this. I switch between web browsers. I think it is a big deficiency for Apple that this does not exist in the Safari browser…! Note: the translation was done through the Google translation program…!
