Stuck on your Mac is downloading software for iphone

Trying to reset my iPhone, when I start recovering mode I got your Mac is downloading a software for iPhone but after a few minutes the phone restart without like nothing happened .

Good day stephenfay,

When putting your device in recovery mode and attempting to restore, typically an update will download to your computer. If that process takes longer than 15 minutes your iPhone will restart while the download continues on the computer. After the download finishes, then you’ll want to place your iPhone in recovery again and complete the restore.

This is outlined in the article that explains how to get to recovery - If you forgot your iPhone passcode.

Your computer downloads software for your iPhone and begins the restore process. If the download takes more than 15 minutes and your device exits the recovery mode screen, let the download finish, then turn off your iPhone and start again.
