The app you mentioned is available for iPhone and iPad, not for Apple TV at this time. You could ask them to develop a version for Apple TV. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
There are several general radio apps for Apple TV that bring you thousands of internet radio stations worldwide. Likely that will work for you. Personally, I use myTuner Radio app for listening to radio through Apple TV. They carry your station too.
