I am experiencing a lot of lagging when I use a USB Mouse with my Mac Mini (M1 2020). I have tried a Microsoft Mouse and a Logitech Mouse. Has anyone had similar experiences? What mouse do you find works best? Thank you.

That sounds more like a resource issue than a mouse issue.
Get and run EtreCheck Pro on the Mac Mini.

Did that earlier and it said performance was excellent. It said a minor problem was : x86-only Apps - This computer has x86-only apps might not work on future versions of the operating system.
