Apple Watch 5 fitness ring notification issues

sadly, its no different.

I guess the best way I can describe how the notifications for achieving fitness goals used to come was like a ‘Katherine wheel’ effect (firework)?

Now it just sends a ‘Goal achieved’?

I’ve changed nothing in settings so have no idea as to why or if anyone else out there has the same issue?
