What if you enter the wrong information
Try to verify your identity again. When you verify again, we might ask for your valid Driver License or state ID.
- Go to your card info:
- iPhone: Open the Wallet app, tap your Apple Cash card, then tap
. - iPad: Open the Settings app, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, then tap your Apple Cash card.
- Apple Watch: Open the Apple Watch app, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, then tap your Apple Cash card.
- Tap Verify Identity. If you don't see this option, contact us. You might need to close your account and open a new one.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
These IDs need to match,
• State issued Drivers License or State ID
• TransUnion credit report and you can get a free copy of your credit report at this link,

Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support
• Lastly your application for Apple Card MasterCard must match all the above information.
A common error is expired Drivers License, and using an address that can’t be verified.
Why is positive ID required?
The Patriot Act requires that lenders, banks etc obtain a confirmed ID.
