Reset Password Email I have tried to receive the Apple email to reset my password several times. Now, for the 3rd time it says we have to wait while the information is being evaluated. How can this be? If I have access to the phone and email, why do I not receive the email? I am desperate for help.

What do I do if the directions to reset password went to an email address other than mine or my rescue email address I forgot my password and asked that the directions for resetting the password be sent to my email address. I then noticed that it was sent to some email address that I didn't recognize. I re-entered the request to have it sent to my phone, so I have now changed my password. What I'm concerned about is the other email address it went to.

Apple ID asking for password to different email my Apple ID when I try to download something it’s asking for password to different email I have the password but it’s asking for a code from a phone I don’t have anymore I just got a new phone could yous please sort this so I can use it ?
