Are you trying to move or copy files on your iPad Pro to the Files app or another app?
From the screenshot, it appears you might be trying to also use your Google Drive. Based on the error, it could be something that needs "refreshed" with the Google Drive app. We'd recommend force closing all apps you are using for this process, restarting your iPad Pro, then launching those apps again. Make sure you do reopen the Google Drive app installed on your iPad Pro, even if you weren't actively using it before.
