Gift card

I purchased an Apple gift card, through the store, not the app. Got the confirmation email it was processing and the email it had been sent. 12 hours later email had not been received for it. Contacted support who confirmed it was active and had not been redeemed. 36 hours the email for the card still has not been received. Nobody seems to have a solution. Kind of ridiculous at this point. Have resent multiple times. How long should it take? Has anyone has happen?

The TOTAL lack of feedback to the purchaser/sender is most disconcerting. (been there myself)


Especially since these DO make very good H.S. graduation gifts; but kids are often NOT the greatest at ack’ing receipt.


Hopefully you purchased it with a credit card so you’ll still have avenues of recourse.
