Safari Netflix subtitles

The subtitles on Netflix appear so tiny and with their codes. This has been happening since the last update of Safari. What seems to be the problem?

Hi lilycoc,

Thank you for posting to Apple Support Communities.

You may be able to change the captions size by going to System Preferences > Accessibility > Captions. You'll see the option for Large Text there.

This information is from Change Captions preferences for accessibility on Mac - Apple Support.

If the subtitles are still not appearing correctly from the Netflix website, we'd recommend checking with the Netflix developers for guidance on what to do. You can use this link to reach out to them: Contact Us

Cheers.

lilycoc,

As the webpage is not working as expected, you can follow If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected. Steps such as turning off Safari extensions and testing in a private window can help isolate what you are experiencing.

You can also search or reach out to Netflix Help Center to see if they have information on this as well.

Best Regards.
