Apple pay

Why can’t my 18 year old use Apple Pay to pay a friend in her phone which is part of family share. She has her own debit card added to it.

Apple Pay on child account Hi, I have been trying to set up Apple Pay (add a card) on my daughter's iPhone. We use her account with child restrictions, obviously, and it seems it is not possible at all to add her debit card as it is not supported for children. In the Czech republic, Apple cash isnt supported either (or shared card with Family sharing creator). What are my options, please, Id love for her to be able to learn to use the same features as us as part of her money management education :) BTW, she uses my old iPhone 8 with the latest OS 15.1.1 Thanks a lot! Minor Apple Pay/Cash trouble My son is 16, he cannot set up Apple Pay or Apple Cash, but he does have his debit card linked on his wallet. I tried Family sharing but it says it can’t set up because he is already set up for Apple Cash? We did the whole family sharing didn’t work.

Apple Pay is the way to pay. It replaces your physical cards and cash with a method of payment that is private, easier and safer. Whether you pay in a store, on a website or in an app. This is the new payment.

If you have Apple Cash see -> Send money to someone in the Messages app.
