Airplay Code for Monitor

I bought a Samsung monitor to use with my new MacBook Air and am being asked for an Airplay code...

Where do I find this?

AirPlay code I followed the instructions for mirroring from my iMac to my AppleTV, but had no success. In the first place, my iMac asked me for a 4-digit AirPlay code. When I went to my AppleTV to change the code to something of my choice, I found it wanted a 6-digit AirPlay code. So I disabled the code. That succeeded in that I was no longer asked for the code when on my iMac, but even after I selected "Screen Mirroring" in the control panel, mirroring did not commence. There is still something I'm missing. Not used to Apple interfaces being non-intuitive.

Airplay on Macbook pro 13' late 2013 In my display settings, there is an option for airplay but there is no option to put it on. How do I gain access to the on function?
