Screen brightness suddenly goes dark

My iphone 13pro screen is turning to dark even auto brightness is off, brightness is maximum and accessibility functions is in correct settings it decide to go dark and bright

ı could not find a reason and no explanation

Turn OFF Night Shift

Open Control Center. Firmly press the Brightness control icon, then tap. to turn Night Shift on or off.
Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Night Shift. On the same screen, you can schedule a time for Night Shift to turn on automatically and adjust color temperature.

Sorry, it is allready set it for this way but iphone decides it is own way and it lasts sometimes 10-15 min and come back normal.
