iphone 12 crashing and freezing using carplay

while using carplay (iphone 12 pro) on Mercedes 2022 gle 350 , the phone repletely freezes the iphone screen and the car's screen as well. Usually need to unplug several times and wait 3-4 minutes for the system to work correctly. also the iphone will randomly crash as well.

I typically use pandora for music

any help for this???

Phone freezes when connected to Mercedes E350 As soon as I connect my phone to my car it freezes up and touch screen won’t work. This happens even if I’m within range of my car. Any suggestions on connecting my iPhone to my car?

Honda Accord 2020 CarPlay - No Smartphone Device Detected Hi there, so I just got a brand new 2020 Honda Civic and days before I downloaded iOS 13.3.1. Carplay works for like a few hours and then just freezes no matter what app I use. After it crashes, no matter if I reboot or use a brand new Apple 1st party USB cable, I get "No Smartphone Device Detected" message even though the phone charges. I tried to do Forget car in iOS settings and reboot and reconnect, but still the same error messages. The only temp fix I can figure out is I have to factory reset the panel to get the iPhone to re-prompt the whole process again. Can anyone please help with this? Thank you!
