i cant get into my phone the apple logo just keeps flashing , i went on my mac and upgraded my storage assuming that was the issue , my iphone wont connect to my mac , and i cannot get into it , all i see is the flashing apple logo

The problem is not that the logo is frozen, but that the screen is black, then the logo flashes for a split second every 4-5 seconds. I've put my iPad in DFU mode and reloaded the software, but it's still flashing.
