Is there a way to hide the "filter" icon in mail.

Mail - Sort By should be an icon in Toolbar I know Sort By is available under View, but it was previously an often-used, one-click option in the Toolbar. I don't know why it was eliminated, but if Filter can be in a menu dropdown and in the Toolbar, why can't Sort By? Thank you.

Where is the "Not Junk" Toolbar button in Mail now? What happened to the "Not Junk" button in the Toolbar of Mail in Big Sur? I cannot find it in "Customize Toolbar" to add to my toolbar, and have, as a result, lost the ability to simultaneously mark as not junk multiple emails.
