Iphone 13 Pro max keeps rebooting every 3-4 minutes after parts replacement

My Iphone 13 Pro max keeps rebooting every 3-4 minutes after parts replacement(screen,battery). The flex cable that connects to the back of the motherboard i think is the 5G cable broke during the repair.

This is the panic full log that i keep getting. Can you tell from this log if the reboots are caused by the broken flex cable on the back of the motherboard or something else?
