Iphone13 -iPhone OS 15.4.1; crash 211; 298

Hi All,

My iphone 13 - iOS 15.4.1; is having a regular camera crash and display keeps turning black and unresponsive.

Apple support unable to troubleshoot and identify the issue.

Any helper/ pointer to resolution is appreciated.
