iPhone XR powers down around 20-40% battery life

my iPhone XR powers down around 20-40%, I have restored the phone but still facing the same issue , I managed to grab the crash report from the phone, can anyone tell me what this debug means please?

What is your battery health? See this:

iPhone Battery and Performance

If the battery health is below 80% a battery replacement is recommended:
