Hi chelsie202,
Welcome to the Apple Community,
Wondering if this Apple support article may help:
Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"To stop streaming, tap AirPlay in the app that you're streaming from, then tap your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from the list.
And / Or
If video automatically streams to an AirPlay device
Your device might automatically stream video to the Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV that you frequently use. If you open a video app and see in the upper-left corner, then an AirPlay device is already selected.
To use AirPlay with a different device, tap , then tap another device. Or tap again to stop streaming with AirPlay.
All the best :-)

No one can “take” an AirPlay feed. Only you can “send” one.
I don’t even no what it is but when I opened my phone it was showing that and the web browser app and I didn’t no what to do because I don’t even no how to use air play is it possible someone hacked my phone and sent it to themselves?
No, for all practical purposes iPhones can’t be hacked. What was it showing that you are concerned about? Can you post a screen shot? It’s beginning to sound like you got a scam message from a criminal hoping you would fall for the scam and gift them with enough information to steal your identity.
This is a useful link→Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams
I don’t have a screen shot of it I didn’t think to screen shot it but it is possible because I keep getting scam calls about a job
