I accidentally spilled olive oil on my iPhone. What should I do?

I have accidentally spilled olive oil over my iPhone XR and there is now a big blot on the screen. What do I do? I don't have AppleCare.

How do I clean off "oil-like" stain of the screen? Hello, I noticed an oil-like stain on the bottom of my screen [which appears as a series of green and red dots]. Is there any way to safely remove it? Should I go to Apple Service? It's possible it's a stain from a drink or food, but I'm not sure. I first noticed it about two weeks ago [it's most visible against a white background]. It does look like it's under the screen, when I try to clean it off.
