Both purchased and free apps can be downloaded again in App Store:
Open the App Store, tap on your profile picture in the top right corner and select Purchased. Inside you will find the list of all your apps. "In App Buy" - ie things you have bought inside the app, such as ad-free, you must restore inside the app itself. Most apps with that option have an item called "Restore Purchase"
