Notification not working just for top war but their is no issue’s from the game

I’m unable to revive notifications from only top war (mobile game) I got notification set up like all my other apps but still not receiving any. I have already contacted top war support and their is nothing wrong on their side and said it is most likely a apple bug. It’s their any way to fix this bug so I can get notification from top war again last week notification we’re working fine but some reason stoped when I updated to software version 15.4.1. Any tips to fix this bug?

We'd advise updating the device to the current latest iOS version, which is iOS 15.5. This helps ensure it has the latest fixes/improvements: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Be sure to also check the App Store for any updates for that affected app.

Also, check in Settings > General > Background App Refresh to see if this disabled. If so, go ahead and enable it to see if this helps.

We're sorry, but since this is only occurring on that one app, after you check the Notification Settings: Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support

Anything else is done by the developer of the game. Since other Notifications work, and it's only that one third-party app, this is definitely an issue inside that app. The developer may not yet be aware of it, but they will need to provide an update to make their game compatible with the new iOS.
