Can't save screenshots to clipboard anymore

Screenshot used to allow me to select my clipboard as the save location. I can't select it anymore, it is not an available option.

I found it!

You can only see Clipboard as an option when one the three left choices (Capture Entire Screen, Capture Selected Window, Capture Selected Portion) is selected. You can't record a video to the Clipboard, but you can capture a still.

If you are talking about choosing Clipboard as a destination in the Options menum I also do not see that. I don't recall if it used to be there, as this is something that I never used (I have it set to open in Preview, so I have a few more options for markup than those afforded by Screenshots).

However, if you are using this with Command-Shift-3 (whole screen) or -4 (selection), you can have it sent to Clipboard already (this has been around since forever): Add the Control key, as in Command-Shift-Control-3 or Command-Shift-Control-4.
