I applied online for Apple card utilizing my Apple ID on my home computer, was approved. My iphone has a personal Apple ID, which is different than my family one used to apply for the card. How do I download the card into my wallet on my iphone

You cannot. You must be using the same Apple ID on the iPhone as the one used to apply for it. The card is inextricably tied to the Apple ID used to apply and cannot be added to a device using a different Apple ID.
